Week 7, Day 1, Herpreet - and special message to Kevin

Hola!

Last week, we did a bike ride instead of a hike - the weather was bad on Saturday, so no hike. But Sunday, we got out and rode. I admit that after 2 1/2 miles we stopped and had a glass of wine and a sandwich before we rode 2 1/2 miles home...

TODAY!!!! A run on a beautiful day! I go at noon.

Kev - WHAT CAN WE DO TO GET YOU BACK ON TRACK???? HOW CAN WE HELP??

Thanks, Herpreet, but there's no helping my slack ass right now.

I will say that my biggest problem is having too a lofty goal, which is not the worst thing. I keep trying to do 4 days on the elliptical. For the last two weeks, I've only managed 3.

Right now my biggest problem is staying hydrated all week. You'd think after doing that I'd be thirsty, but it's like I can't even force myself to replenish all the fluids I lose on the elliptical. It's a bummer.

This week I tweaked my hamstring on sunday, but it's better now. I'm hoping that once fat tuesday is over, I will go on a lent like kick. Thanks for the encouragement, though, you're already helping!
