Hurray! Sunday start again. I always think the rest of the week will come easy if I start on Sunday.
James and I went out for a workout in our neighborhood park since it was so nice outside. We walked, jogged, ran sprints, jump roped and did step ups. It was about 35 minutes and intense. I have to say that having a husband who wants to work out a lot too really helps me with my goals. I worked a lot harder yesterday than I would have without him.
